Refunds & Returns

Every original artwork is hand-finished and one of a kind. We pack and inspect each piece personally before it leaves the studio.

Damaged in transit

If your artwork arrives damaged, please email photographs of the packaging and the piece to hello@thelastbrushstroke.in within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a full refund or replacement at no cost to you.

Change of mind

As originals are reserved exclusively for the buyer at the moment of booking, we are unable to offer change-of-mind returns. If circumstances change before the work has shipped, please write to us and we will do our best to accommodate.

Refund timelines

Approved refunds are processed via the original payment method (Razorpay) within 5–7 business days. Bank processing may take an additional 2–5 days to reflect.
